Perform stress analysis for Boeing 787 interior structures using hand calculations, FEA and dynamic simulation. Lead technical efforts for propulsion component and subsystem design, assembly, certification testing, and field support for the SLS program. Coordinate cross-functional teams, develop test strategies and procedures, support production integration and non-conformance resolution, mentor junior engineers, and drive lessons-learned for future builds. Requires onsite work, NASA facility access, and export-control compliance.

Lead integration of test operations capability and capacity planning, coordinate with test capability integrators and managers, support Earned Value Management and capital asset management, resolve project priorities, track risks/issues in BORIS, develop capital/space planning, and serve as safety/EHS and 5S focal. Position is onsite and supports multiple Air Dominance, Phantom Works, and weapons programs.

Create measurement plans from engineering drawings and operate 3-D metrology instruments (photogrammetry, laser trackers, articulating arms) to inspect assemblies. Use CAD and measurement software, develop training, implement inspection procedures, perform statistical analysis and root-cause investigations, ensure corrective actions and documentation, and work with precision measurement equipment in lab and production environments.
