Participate in Agile ceremonies and develop new enterprise software features across service layers, integrations, UIs and data. Act as the team's primary UI resource and React subject-matter expert. Support sales and customer success as Data & Fortellis SME; engage dealers/OEMs/ISVs to gather requirements, document workflows, deliver technical demos and proposals, manage Salesforce opportunities, migrate dealers to modern offerings (APIs, Snowflake Sharing), and transition post-sale to services. Collaborate with product, marketing, and client services; perform market research and drive internal governance approvals. Occasional travel (<10%).

Support customer adoption by delivering foundational product guidance, basic training, and documentation. Partner with CSM/CSS to meet utilization benchmarks, escalate blockers, prepare reports, and coordinate internal resources. Travel to dealerships up to 25% and maintain product and industry knowledge to improve client outcomes.

Assist customers with problem resolution, ensure compliance with Motor Vehicle policies, perform quality checks on paperwork, and manage data entry.
