Associate Document Control Support Rep

Onsite: Horsham, PA

Position Summary

CVR, Computerized Vehicle Registration, automates transactions taking place between vehicle dealerships and state registration agencies. CVR achieves these transactions by connecting automobile, motorcycle, and recreational vehicle dealers directly to the government system via a secure and reliable high-speed network.  We are thrilled to add CVR to our industry leading suite of offerings. Are you early-career and looking for an opportunity to join a Global leader of it's industry? Position Responsibilities & Essential functions

• Work closely with customers over the phone to research and resolve problems and issues.
• Collaborate with account executive, state manager, and director of operations as needed to address customer issues and concerns
• Work with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles to make title corrections and resolve problems.
• Understand and adhere to all Motor Vehicle policies and procedures at all times.
• Perform quality control inspections of Motor Vehicle  paperwork, including error identification and documented resolution notes using web-based system.
• Utilize document management system to research, enter and manage data

Qualifications & Job Requirements

• Associates Degree strongly preferred
• Ability to document, track and monitor a problem/issue to a timely resolution
• Problem solving ability
• Strong verbal and written communication skills along with prioritization of duties
• .Customer Service experience required
• .Accuracy and attention to detail
• .Strong analytical skills
• Strong data entry skills (Windows & IOS environments)
• Intermediate Windows skills
• Must live in Horsham, PA

Compensation: $18/hr - $20/hr
