The Revenue & Billing Operations Manager oversees end-to-end revenue and billing operations, ensuring accuracy, driving automation, and collaborating with various departments to optimize processes and support billing-related issues.

Serve as the technical lead for Strategic Key Accounts, running scoping calls, designing integrations across web/mobile SDKs, APIs and server-to-server flows, delivering demos and RFP/security responses, troubleshooting post-launch issues, and building AI-augmented workflows to automate client research, scoping, and QA.

Own full enterprise sales cycle to secure strategic ecommerce deals. Prospect, close, and expand accounts while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver tailored API/SaaS solutions and influence product roadmap.

Design, build, and productionize machine learning models and data pipelines for recommendation, bidding, and forecasting. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, evaluate and monitor model performance, maintain high-quality tested code, prototype research ideas, and run experiments. Hybrid schedule: four days in-office, one remote.

Design, build, deploy, and operate ultra-high-throughput, scalable backend services. Troubleshoot production incidents, optimize performance and cost, own architecture, mentor engineers, and leverage AI/LLM tooling. Participate in on-call rotation and collaborate cross-functionally to meet business objectives.

Provide commercial legal support by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating SaaS, ecommerce, ad-tech, data processing, licensing, and vendor agreements; counsel go-to-market, product, and partnerships teams; improve contracting processes and automation (CLM/Ironclad, AI tools); and support corporate governance, employment, and regulatory matters as needed.
