The role is hybrid in Arlington, Virginia, with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday.

Own SEO and answer engine optimization for Remitly’s high-value sender segment. Responsibilities include keyword and competitor research, organic acquisition strategy, scalable landing-page development, technical SEO collaboration, rankings and visibility reporting, off-page promotion, affiliate and digital PR coordination, AI-assisted content and analytics workflows, and forecasting acquisition impact.

Own product analytics and roadmap initiatives for Remitly’s Global Card. Analyze funnel performance, unit economics, customer behavior, segmentation, experiments, and marketing attribution. Build data models, dashboards, self-service tooling, and AI-driven workflows while partnering with Product and Engineering to define, launch, and optimize features across geographies.

Design, build, and own end-to-end features for a regulated global card and wallet product. Lead technical design, implement frontend and backend code, ensure security, reliability, observability, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions.

Leads engineering strategy, execution, hiring, and team development for Remitly’s Global Card product. Oversees cross-team technical initiatives involving full-stack applications, APIs, card issuance, balances, and money movement. Partners with Product, Design, Analytics, and engineering leadership on roadmaps, OKRs, resource allocation, organizational design, and safe adoption of AI coding tools. Works hybrid from Arlington, Virginia, while maintaining the reliability and security standards required for regulated financial products.

Own the Remitly Business product strategy, retention, customer payment volume, and revenue per business customer. Lead workflow capabilities including batch, scheduled, recurring payments, recipient management, approvals, reconciliation, exports, and integrations. Identify customer and market opportunities, use data and customer research to prioritize investments, build trust features, and ship within regulatory, legal, risk, and compliance constraints. This individual contributor role requires close partnership with executives and cross-functional teams.

Lead paid acquisition for Remitly Business, owning Paid NCA and CAC. Manage multi-million dollar budgets, run Meta and Google campaigns, oversee agencies, expand channels, drive experimentation, and own adtech and measurement infrastructure including attribution and incrementality testing.
