Lead paid acquisition for Remitly Business, owning Paid NCA and CAC. Manage multi-million dollar budgets, run Meta and Google campaigns, oversee agencies, expand channels, drive experimentation, and own adtech and measurement infrastructure including attribution and incrementality testing.

Lead technical direction and architecture for full-stack receiver financial products across web, mobile, backend services, APIs, and integrations. Design scalable distributed and event-driven systems, deliver greenfield customer experiences, integrate money-movement and compliance platforms, and embed security, reliability, observability, and regulatory controls. Mentor engineers, lead design and code reviews, and influence technical strategy across teams while using AI throughout the software development lifecycle.

Lead end-to-end product design for Remitly Card experiences, including onboarding, activation, funding, and account management. Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and writing teams to define customer problems, create prototypes, ship polished interfaces, and maintain design consistency. Advocate for customers in regulated financial experiences and influence product direction through strong communication, empathy, and interaction design expertise.

The US Indirect Tax Manager oversees U.S. sales and use tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including tax research, product taxability analysis, audits, notices, legislative monitoring, and strategic tax planning. The role partners with Finance, Legal, Product, international teams, and external advisors; supports global VAT and GST matters; evaluates cross-border tax risks; and leads automation projects and development of a global indirect tax knowledge base.

Leads technical direction for Remitly’s Security & Privacy organization while remaining hands-on in software and security engineering. Designs and ships agentic security platforms, automations, and controls across application, infrastructure, identity, privacy, governance, and risk domains. Advises executives and engineering leaders, advances secure design, balances security with business velocity, and mentors engineers. Requires deep expertise in application security, AI development, cloud security, IAM, cryptography, and production-scale software engineering.

Build and own backend product features for Remitly Business, including services, APIs, data models, and durable money-movement workflows. Develop scalable Go systems using Temporal, ensuring idempotency, observability, ledger accuracy, reconciliation, security, and compliance. Partner with Product, Design, Analytics, Compliance, Infrastructure, and Operations to deliver features end to end. Contribute to roadmaps, technical reviews, AI-assisted development, architecture decisions, interviews, and team growth.
