Manage and execute sales compensation plans and Xactly setup, reconciliations, and earning reviews. Support accruals, reporting, employee commission inquiries, documentation, testing for Xactly implementation, process improvements, and ad-hoc projects.

Identify and engage senior decision-makers at global accounts using multi-channel outreach. Conduct deep account research and stakeholder mapping, qualify leads, book meetings for Account Executives, manage CRM data in Salesforce, collaborate with marketing and regional sales, and meet high-volume outbound and pipeline metrics.

The role involves defining the vision and strategy of the Outreach AI Platform, prioritizing the roadmap, collaborating with engineering and data science teams, and engaging with customers to refine AI strategies.

Manage full sales cycle for new commercial accounts (10–1,000 employees): prospect, qualify, forecast, build MEDDPICC account plans, negotiate contracts with executives, and hand off to services for implementation while achieving quota and pipeline goals.
