The Investment Accounting Manager oversees the integrity of accounting data for Investment Controllership, analyzes financial data across companies, and collaborates with teams to improve processes and controls.

Lead day-to-day lending operations across consumer, home equity, and mortgage products. Supervise originations, processing, servicing, and support teams; drive pipeline growth, process improvements, compliance, reporting, and system conversions (workflow design, testing, training, stabilization). Serve as operational lead for lending technology initiatives and partner cross-functionally to ensure integration and issue resolution.

Own and lead complex insurance product filings (life, annuities, disability, worksite) using SERFF or similar platforms. Draft and review contract forms, coordinate with regulators and internal stakeholders, resolve objections, maintain filing records, and mentor junior staff to ensure compliant, timely, and audit-ready submissions.

Lead balance-sheet risk for market, liquidity, and capital across MassMutual; provide second-line oversight, integrate ALM and asset-allocation perspectives, oversee economic capital and stress testing, influence investment and hedging decisions, review guidelines, support strategic transactions, evolve modeling and governance, and lead a 13-person capital, risk, and actuarial team while presenting to senior committees.
