Manage a portfolio of YouTube creators as their primary Linktree partner. Build relationships, support creator growth and monetization, educate creators on product features, and drive adoption. Own Linktree’s product-led acquisition strategy, including profile-to-signup journeys, SEO, referrals, organic growth loops, landing pages, and zero-to-one acquisition products. Lead funnel analysis and experimentation to increase qualified traffic, signup conversion, referrals, and new-user growth. Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, SEO, Lifecycle, Activation, and executives to build measurable, scalable acquisition systems and communicate strategy and results.

Own Linktree’s AI operations platform, including pipelines, model and prompt versioning, evaluations, monitoring, rollback, cost, latency, and reliability. Drive internal AI adoption across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support through tooling and agent workflows. Establish practical governance for data handling and vendor risk, make build-versus-buy decisions, align AI investment with business priorities, and mentor engineers and analysts.

Build and iterate growth experiments, onboarding flows, promotions, and re-engagement campaigns. Design and integrate services/APIs and cloud infrastructure, instrument and analyze product data, apply AI where useful, improve system reliability, and mentor peers to drive activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.

Own strategy and roadmap for Linktree's native iOS and Android apps. Define mobile metrics, run experiments, translate user research and data into a prioritized roadmap, and partner with design, engineering, data, and stakeholders to ship mobile-native features that grow business contribution.

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of owned and sponsored events and activations for creators and SMBs. Manage venue/vendor selection, budgets, contracts, production, registration, staffing, on-site logistics, and post-event measurement. Partner with creative, marketing, and community teams to deliver branded experiences, drive attendance and engagement, and iterate on ROI and KPIs. Stay current on experiential trends and event technologies.

Lead and build Linktree's creator-first Content Studio: set creative direction, develop systems and templates, recruit and manage creators and contractors, translate insights into creator-led social content, direct capture and production, and maintain brand and platform consistency across channels.

The Staff AI Engineer will build, deploy, and maintain AI applications, manage data pipelines, and lead technical designs while mentoring engineers.
