Manage and grow a portfolio of 70–90 small-business clients, providing customized banking, deposit, cash management, credit, and financial advice. Acquire new clients, build referral and partner relationships, conduct in-person business calls, identify client needs, and connect clients with specialists. Balance client objectives with portfolio profitability, risk management, and regulatory requirements while supporting assigned branches and maintaining strong client experiences.

Manage AML/KYC escalation governance and controls execution, including control reporting, validation, issue investigation, documentation, procedure writing, audit readiness, and continuous improvement. Maintain project plans and action trackers, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and manage multiple initiatives. Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams while supporting control write-ups, UAT-related activities, process analysis, and timely remediation.

Leads enterprise software engineering excellence initiatives, including responsible adoption of AI-assisted development tools, application health, vulnerability remediation, technical debt reduction, modernization, and secure-by-design practices. Establishes engineering standards, automates SDLC processes, improves release readiness and auditability, and mentors engineers across teams. Partners with architecture and security stakeholders to govern AI coding workflows, strengthen application resilience, and improve software quality at scale.

Develops and sells complex receivables and payments solutions for Treasury Services clients. Partners with sales, banking, and product teams to identify opportunities, build business cases, conduct ROI and re-engineering analyses, validate pricing, and secure profitable revenue. Trains sales teams, leads executive-level client discussions, coordinates cross-functional solution delivery, and supports proposal and negotiation activities.

Coordinate capital stress testing programs, regulatory submissions, governance meetings, controls, examinations, and remediation activities. Partner with Finance and Risk stakeholders to manage milestones, resolve issues, maintain documentation, track findings, and support timely, well-controlled delivery. The role also involves preparing governance materials, documenting decisions, updating procedures and training materials, and supporting responses to regulatory, audit, and stakeholder inquiries.

Manage a portfolio of ~100-130 small business clients, provide deposit, cash management and lending solutions up to ~$500k, build relationships through in-person outreach, collaborate with internal specialists, and follow risk management and regulatory protocols to ensure client satisfaction and portfolio profitability.

Owns components of the digital benefits product strategy and backlog for credit card experiences. Responsibilities include customer and market discovery, roadmap prioritization, requirements and user story development, Agile delivery support, analytics-driven optimization, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, research, legal, risk, and operations teams.
