Leads vision, strategy, and end-to-end development of personal financial management and agentic AI experiences for Chase Digital. Oversees product discovery, roadmaps, launches, experimentation, KPIs, and scaling while partnering with engineering, design, data, and business teams. Serves as a senior subject matter expert and provides technical direction to teams, contractors, and vendors.

Manages pre- and post-trade lifecycle operations, including trade reconciliation, unmatched transactions, suspense account breaks, and rejected trades. Coordinates with trading desks, correspondents, stakeholders, and technology teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Supports automation initiatives and trade lifecycle projects while developing knowledge of financial markets, securities operations, and regulations. Requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Provides executive administrative support to Global Banking leaders by managing complex calendars, domestic and international travel, expenses, meetings, events, client visits, office logistics, and confidential information. Coordinates site support, supplies, access, onboarding, and visitor services while providing backup coverage and improving administrative processes using Microsoft 365 and approved AI tools. The role requires strong organization, discretion, judgment, communication, and full-time onsite availability.

Reviews and underwrites merchant applications by analyzing business, financial, ownership, processing, fraud, and chargeback information. Evaluates risk exposure, assigns merchant category codes, performs enhanced due diligence, and recommends approval, restriction, retention, or termination decisions. Documents audit-ready rationales, manages escalations, contacts merchants to resolve discrepancies, and identifies control gaps and process improvements while coordinating with risk, legal, compliance, operations, and other stakeholders.
