Partners cross-functionally to optimize quality, cost, capacity, delivery, and operational risk. Oversees supplier performance, forecasting, KPI reporting, budgets, and continuous improvement across international manufacturing operations.

Supports Crunchyroll’s company-wide SOX program through planning, scoping, control documentation, process-owner training, evidence standards, testing coordination, issue remediation, and reporting. Partners with Accounting, Finance, Technology, and business teams to maintain audit-ready documentation, evaluate financial reporting controls, resolve deficiencies, and improve scalable internal control processes.

Leads Crunchyroll’s enterprise-wide AI enablement strategy, roadmap, governance, and adoption. Identifies opportunities to redesign workflows with AI, agents, and automation; translates business needs into scalable solutions; partners with Engineering, Data, IT, and Enterprise Technology; manages external experts and vendors; builds AI learning programs, playbooks, communities of practice, and measurable adoption capabilities; and leads a lean, high-performing team.
