Develop business-user agents, manage approved AI tool adoption, integrate security controls, and own platform features end-to-end. Partner across engineering, IT, security, and AI teams while establishing scalable engineering standards and golden paths.

Designs, builds, evaluates, deploys, and maintains production-grade agentic AI systems for business teams. Responsibilities include workflow analysis, AI solution selection, architecture, orchestration, RAG, tool integration, reliability engineering, observability, guardrails, stakeholder management, and post-handoff sustainability. The role requires translating ambiguous business needs into practical technical solutions while managing cost, latency, safety, and operational risks.

Designs and improves enterprise security across endpoints, SaaS, cloud, identity, AI tooling, corporate networks, and infrastructure. Develops SIEM, SOAR, and EDR detections, alerts, automation, monitoring, and incident response workflows. Leads security investigations and remediation, strengthens access controls and hardening standards, reviews SaaS and vendor security, and establishes governance for AI-related risks including data exposure and prompt injection.

Lead global content protection and anti-piracy strategy for Crunchyroll, building vision, operating model, technology roadmap, and partnerships. Oversee enforcement operations, vendor management, investigations, platform relationships, and executive reporting to reduce piracy and protect IP across digital platforms.

Manage and scale Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud for CX: configure case management, build Flow automations, maintain security and data integrity, support releases and CI/CD, collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate AI-driven CX solutions.

Design, implement, and operate identity and access management solutions (Okta, Entra ID, AD, Google Workspace). Manage SSO, MFA, federation, conditional access, lifecycle workflows, PAM, and integrations with HR and SaaS. Automate identity operations, support audits and access reviews, troubleshoot authentication/authorization issues, monitor identity systems, and partner with stakeholders to onboard applications and ensure least-privilege access.

Leads product security strategy and execution across engineering, embedding threat modeling, secure architecture, vulnerability remediation, incident readiness, and compliance evidence into development workflows. Establishes secure-by-default platforms, playbooks, reference architectures, and CI/CD integrations while managing risk tradeoffs and cross-team escalations. Partners with Global Security to translate enterprise requirements into practical engineering practices. The role requires principal-level technical leadership, strong application and cloud security expertise, DevSecOps automation, vulnerability management, and executive communication.
