Build and run AI-first processes for legal e-billing and outside counsel management. Administer Brightflag, manage monthly accruals and vendor onboarding, analyze OC spend using SQL/Snowflake/Looker, produce reports and scorecards, and partner with FP&A, Sourcing, and stakeholders to optimize budgets, forecasting, and outside counsel strategy.

Provide advanced litigation paralegal support: manage high-volume domestic and international subpoenas, summons, levies, garnishments, and related third-party requests; communicate with opposing counsel and agencies; prepare and file pleadings for state and federal litigation and arbitrations; improve litigation processes and workflows; and support legal operations projects, tool implementations, and vendor evaluations.

Design and implement selection and assessment programs, build evaluation frameworks and interviewer enablement, lead cross-functional execution, drive change management and adoption, partner with People Analytics to measure effectiveness, and pilot assessment tools to continuously improve hiring quality across the company.

Lead design and implementation of core cryptographic infrastructure (MPC, KMS, HSM) for high-availability, security-critical systems. Build observability, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure-as-code, resolve production incidents, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor engineers while partnering with Security, Product, and Policy stakeholders.

Manage day-to-day treasury and banking operations including funding, balance monitoring, and liquidity forecasting. Process and settle customer payments across multiple fiat rails, investigate and resolve escalated payment issues, and serve as primary contact for banking partners. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, compliance, legal, and finance to launch and support payment rail integrations and meet regulatory requirements.

Lead design systems work to build scalable components and patterns across web and mobile. Drive features from ideation through prototyping, user testing, and production. Partner with design and engineering teams to document, define, evangelize patterns, participate in reviews, and execute roadmap and long-term systems strategy.

Lead and grow engineering teams building AI-powered automation (especially LLM/Agentic AI) for compliance. Drive architecture, scalable multi-tenant systems, cloud-based engineering, cross-functional roadmaps, hiring, code quality, incident response, and delivery of high-impact AI/ML products.

Manage day-to-day operations of card issuing and payment network partnerships, track KPIs and milestones, analyze partner performance and opportunities, coordinate cross-functional launches with legal/compliance/product/marketing/finance, prepare partner briefings and business reviews, and surface data-driven recommendations to improve partner performance.

Serve as primary legal partner to product, engineering, and design teams building stablecoins, payments, and crypto infrastructure. Provide full product lifecycle counseling on U.S. and international payments and securities regulations, resolve novel legal issues, partner cross-functionally with Compliance, Finance, and Risk, and build scalable legal processes and playbooks to enable compliant product launches.

Lead financial due diligence and end-to-end purchase accounting for acquisitions, drive accounting treatment for investments and consolidations, draft technical memos and SEC disclosures, ensure SOX controls, and partner cross-functionally on new products, complex transactions, and post-close integration.
