Lead two cross-functional corporate programs (CORA and Planning), conduct research and analysis to identify pain points, drive Executive QBR and OKR planning, maintain operating rhythms and reporting, represent programs during audits/compliance, partner with technical teams for tooling builds, maintain enablement resources, and design scalable process and tooling solutions to improve workflows and outcomes.

Lead end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution for complex AML/financial-crimes compliance programs. Drive cross-functional delivery across 5+ teams, translate regulatory obligations into prioritized roadmaps, ensure launch readiness, manage risks and trade-offs, realize automation-driven efficiency gains, maintain governance and reporting, and author Director/VP-level decision documents.

Own exception management and operational readiness for listed derivatives and crypto products. Lead UAT, playbooks, cutovers, monitoring, incident triage, root-cause analysis, and automation while partnering with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Accounting.

Lead and scale Coinbase's Premium & Wealth global, 24/7 white-glove support for high-net-worth and VIP customers. Own strategy, SLAs, regulatory compliance, escalation resolution, and cross-functional partnership while building and mentoring a global team to drive CSAT, retention, and revenue.

Lead go-to-market strategy for Coinbase retail trading products, translating complex instruments into customer-first positioning. Own launches, audience and channel strategy, creative briefs, and measurement.
