Lead development of SRAM memory devices including bitcell design, process integration, SWR/DOE definition, test-structure and device characterization, simulation and data analysis. Work with wafer fabs and design teams to deliver high-density, reliable SRAM technology, drive yield and qualification, and generate process controls and design rules.

Design and verify mixed-signal current-sensing ICs across the full IC lifecycle: RTL design, synthesis, P&R, timing analysis, test development, mixed-signal verification, automation, and silicon bring-up to ensure first-pass success.
