Provides technical guidance and continuous improvement for manufacturing processes, focusing on safety, productivity, capacity, yields, and quality. Analyzes process data using SPC, DOE, Lean Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. Supports melting, casting, and post-casting operations; develops SOPs, trains manufacturing staff, implements capital projects, resolves customer complaints, and coordinates with external vendors.

Lead design, planning, and execution of medium/low-voltage power distribution capital projects. Serve as electrical project lead, specify equipment, integrate controls (PLCs/HMIs/DCS/SCADA), oversee installation/commissioning, perform troubleshooting, ensure code compliance, develop standards and arc flash studies, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Leads technical teams, root cause investigations, corrective actions, process metrics, equipment improvements, and manufacturing implementation for new products. Requires a chemical engineering degree, 5–10 years of manufacturing process engineering experience, Green Belt certification, and export compliance eligibility. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Leads product strategy and portfolio growth by increasing sales, profitability, and market share. Manages customer relationships, analyzes markets and competitors, develops pricing and sales strategies, coordinates with sales and technical teams, and identifies new market opportunities. The role also oversees marketing communications, provides technical customer support, evaluates business performance, and collaborates with international and cross-functional teams.

Designs, programs, installs, modifies, and repairs electrical control systems and manufacturing automation. Develops schematics, PLC/HMI programs, technical calculations, equipment scopes, and acceptance criteria. Collaborates with SCADA and MES vendors, IT, engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to improve equipment reliability, product quality, process yield, and data management. Requires an electrical engineering degree or equivalent automation technician experience and at least five years in manufacturing.

Drives manufacturing process improvements focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and equipment performance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting production equipment, designing and commissioning new machinery, developing equipment criteria, coordinating with operators and multidisciplinary engineering teams, evaluating suppliers, preparing estimates and schedules, and supervising contractors. The role operates in a capital-intensive metals manufacturing environment and requires compliance with applicable safety codes and export-control regulations.

Leads enterprise supply chain, logistics, purchasing, demand planning, warehousing, distribution, sourcing, and inventory management. Drives cost savings, operational efficiency, quality, service, contingency planning, performance measurement, and process improvements. Partners with executive leadership, operations, vendors, and cross-functional teams while developing supply chain capabilities and leading category managers, purchasing managers, and buyers. Requires extensive manufacturing supply chain leadership, negotiation, contracting, financial analysis, and change management experience.
