Manage and grow millwork dealer accounts in the Greater Boston territory through outside sales, territory travel, pricing/quoting, sales presentations, promotions, customer training, issue resolution, job site visits, and merchandising support to achieve profitable results.

Perform outside sales and marketing to dealer accounts across an assigned territory. Quote prices, deliver presentations, develop sales strategies and promotions, resolve customer issues, manage receivables and claims, provide merchandising and training support, and maintain competitor and product knowledge to achieve profitable territory results.

Manage marketing, quoting, pricing, sales and service for national retail accounts. Coordinate promotions, merchandising materials, training, EDI/pricing systems, inventory and SKU reviews. Resolve customer issues, support claims, attend promotional events, and travel extensively overnight.

Provide administrative support across functional areas: organize and coordinate data, prepare documents and presentations, answer inquiries, schedule meetings, arrange travel, complete expense reports, maintain filings and office supplies, and support HR tasks. Ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

This role evaluates and improves plant performance across safety, quality, production output, and cost, involving research and data analysis in a manufacturing environment.
