Leads complex maritime consulting engagements focused on risk management, safety, regulatory compliance, audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions. Advises shipowners, operators, ports, offshore organizations, and government stakeholders; oversees project scope, quality, budgets, schedules, and client satisfaction. Prepares technical reports and executive presentations, mentors consultants, supports proposals and business development, and develops client relationships. The remote role requires travel exceeding 50% to client sites and project locations.

Provides senior technical expertise for engineering projects, including process design reviews, PFD and P&ID development, equipment sizing, hydraulic calculations, process safety studies, hazardous area classification, corrosion assessments, and pressure relief design. The role also supports contract review workflows, identifies discrepancies, coordinates payments, and contributes to process improvements. It requires at least three years of contract management, financial reconciliation, or related operational experience, along with strong organizational, analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

Produce, edit, and manage written, audio, and video content to support brand visibility and commercial goals. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to plan, draft, review, and deliver articles, press releases, web copy, social media, podcasts, and videos. Maintain editorial quality, manage content workflows and calendars, optimize content for performance, and track engagement metrics to inform future content decisions.

Lead enterprise application security architecture and secure SDLC practices. Drive DevSecOps integration, code security (SAST/DAST/SCA), threat modeling, risk management, governance, and collaboration with engineering to embed security across cloud, on-prem, hybrid, and SaaS environments.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, lakehouse/data‑warehouse architectures, and ETL/ELT workflows to support analytics and AI/ML. Ensure data quality, lineage, monitoring, and SLA-driven reliability; support project delivery, client communication, and business development under project management guidance.

Perform structural and stability reviews for surface vessels, using hand calculations and CAE tools (FEMAP/NASTRAN) to run stress, FEA, and fatigue analyses, prepare reports, ensure compliance with rules/regulations, and support U.S. government classification and certification services.

Contribute to full-stack development and AI-enabled features, collaborate with project teams and clients, design scalable applications/APIs, integrate ML/LLM endpoints, implement CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and support project planning, QA, and business development.

Lead strategic account growth in digital infrastructure across Silicon Valley; build executive relationships with hyperscalers, data center operators and tech companies; coordinate cross-functional teams to pursue and deliver integrated solutions; drive pipeline, revenue forecasts, and account performance while informing service and commercial strategy.

Lead pricing analytics and strategy for services by analyzing market, financial, and operational data. Partner cross-functionally to support pricing reviews, implement policies, maintain pricing tools (CPQ/ERP/BI), train users, and provide ad-hoc insights to drive commercial decisions.
