Sell ABS QE certification and related services within an assigned region, build prospect lists, develop regional sales strategy, prepare proposals and presentations, forecast sales, support operations and collections, meet sales targets, and travel frequently to client sites (50%+).

Develop market insight, build relationships with decision-makers, identify and qualify opportunities, lead capture and proposal efforts, coordinate SMEs and pricing, and maintain CRM pipeline. Focus areas include cybersecurity, risk and reliability, safety and mission assurance, and digital/analytics solutions. Significant travel required.

Lead and execute cybersecurity engagement tasks including RMF/A&A support, vulnerability scanning and remediation, system hardening, security control implementation, artifact development (SSPs, POA&Ms), technical analysis and reporting, and technical leadership across multiple client projects while coordinating with project managers and stakeholders.

Performs detailed engineering design review and analysis for hull or machinery projects with minimal supervision. Provides technical advice, resolves design conflicts, drafts reports, communicates with clients, prepares weekly reports and billing, and implements ABS quality system requirements.

Serve as senior technical expert on complex consulting engagements, lead project planning and execution, perform risk and compliance assessments for maritime clients, develop recommendations, mentor junior staff, maintain client relationships, support business development, and travel frequently to client sites (50%+).

Design, build, and productionize agentic AI systems and RAG pipelines using LLMs and agent frameworks. Architect multi-agent workflows, integrate with enterprise data platforms, deploy cloud-native LLMOps stacks, implement observability, governance, and security, and mentor teams while shaping AI automation strategy.

Support payroll tax compliance and payroll operations by compiling and analyzing payroll data, preparing reports and filings, administering expatriate payrolls, maintaining records and controls, coordinating audits, resolving discrepancies with third-party providers, performing reconciliations and funding reviews, and driving process improvements.
