First point of contact for customer inquiries about travel and medical insurance. Interpret benefits, review and file claims, provide claims status, verify eligibility, fulfill requests for claim forms, resolve product or service issues, expedite corrections, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Investigate and audit aggregate claims to determine liability and appropriate reimbursement per contracts and plan documents. Review claim reports and funding records, set and adjust reserves, obtain TPA refunds, and communicate with TPAs/clients to resolve issues while meeting quality and turnaround standards.

Manage litigation and claims for miscellaneous medical and social services professional liability policies: investigate, analyze coverage, negotiate settlements, work with outside counsel, draft legal correspondence, maintain files, and attend hearings or mediations as needed.

Lead and grow an assigned stop loss territory by selling to TPAs and brokers, developing producer relationships, negotiating fees, managing renewals and blocks of business, analyzing competitor pricing and utilization data for stop loss pricing, liaising with claims and partners, and supporting regional sales through training and marketing strategies.
