Provides technical leadership at the interface between foundries and memory design teams for advanced HBM DRAM products. Responsibilities include foundry technology alignment, HSPICE simulation, test-chip and silicon validation, PDK and design enablement, process variation analysis, and AI-enabled engineering automation. The role supports CMOS technology development, TSV and BEOL optimization, PPA benchmarking, reliability, and future technology pathfinding.

Lead administration, architecture, support, upgrades, and lifecycle management for Siemens Xpedition and Teamcenter engineering platforms. Coordinate migrations, testing, risk assessment, feature delivery, UAT, documentation, and automation with engineering, IT/SRE, and vendor teams. Improve system reliability, user engagement, and engineering workflows across hardware development and build operations.

Support federal and New York State environmental permitting and compliance across wetlands, stormwater, air, wastewater, hazardous waste, and protected species. Conduct field inspections, lead corrective actions, manage SWPPP implementation and erosion control, coordinate with contractors and agencies, support incident investigations and ISO 14001 programs, and apply AI tools to improve data collection and workflows.

Provides advanced IT field support in a manufacturing environment, troubleshooting client hardware, software, network connectivity, and printing systems. Leads hardware deployments, resolves complex incidents, documents processes, performs preventive maintenance, trains users, and supports service improvements. Partners with cross-functional IT teams, assists the Field Service Manager, and serves as a technical escalation point while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and policies.

Leads a Yield Analysis team responsible for improving semiconductor fab yield, quality, yield ramps, and manufacturing performance. Establishes KPIs, forecasts, dashboards, and operating mechanisms; applies model-based problem solving, root cause analysis, statistical validation, and corrective actions. Partners with process, failure analysis, quality, and manufacturing teams to resolve critical issues. Develops engineering talent and deploys automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to improve yield and engineering effectiveness.

Leads global change control systems and process alignment across semiconductor fabrication sites. Coordinates cross-functional teams, develops implementation roadmaps, evaluates manufacturing system requirements, identifies process improvements, and guides projects through the full lifecycle. Provides technical consulting, supports continuous improvement and automation initiatives, manages stakeholder communication, and drives deployment of best-known methods across international facilities.

Supports Micron’s global policy communications strategy through drafting press releases, quotes, messaging briefs, social media content, event summaries, policy monitoring, copy editing, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will monitor congressional hearings, think tank events, industry news, and policy developments related to semiconductor and national security issues, while helping amplify policy narratives across integrated communications channels.

Own ESD and latch-up strategies for advanced DRAM and HBM products from early design through high-volume manufacturing. Define requirements and sign-off criteria, enable protection circuits and safe layout practices, lead silicon validation and failure analysis, and correlate pre-silicon assumptions with silicon results. Partner with foundries, design, packaging, reliability, and product teams while mentoring engineers and influencing design methodology.
