The Equipment Maintenance Technician operates and maintains manufacturing equipment, ensuring efficient performance and collaborating with team members to improve tool functionality. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, documenting issues, and adhering to safety protocols.

Lead development of DRAM digital and mixed-signal IP, managing the RTL design lifecycle from architecture to silicon-ready signoff, focusing on power, performance, and area targets.

The role involves developing and validating waferless metrology recipes, automating recipe generation, and collaborating with teams for semiconductor manufacturing. The focus is on precision and problem-solving.

Design, analyze, and optimize SoC- and HBM-cube-level power delivery networks. Perform EM/IR and transient analysis, collaborate with physical design and packaging teams, drive power integrity closure, support signoff and silicon debug, and automate PDN methodologies.

Design, develop, and maintain PLC and SCADA systems for facility operations. Implement Siemens PLC programs, configure AVEVA HMI applications, deploy automation hardware, support commissioning and troubleshooting, document code and configurations, partner with operations and vendors, and apply AI-driven process improvements to increase reliability and performance.

Prepare and introduce DRAM products across their lifecycle: run simulations, create and maintain design documentation, analyze parametric data, troubleshoot failures, develop and validate device test programs, define lab equipment and tests, liaise with Application Engineers, Process Integration, and Quality Assurance to ensure product reliability and meet customer requirements.

Lead global procurement strategy for front-end capital equipment (Diffusion, Implant, RTP, Pumps, Chillers, Abatement, MFG Tech). Own supplier strategy, commercial negotiations, cost and capacity planning, risk mitigation, and supply assurance. Partner cross-functionally to support node development, fab expansion and ramp readiness while developing a high-performing global procurement team.

Plan and execute daily fab wet-process manufacturing to meet quality and yield goals. Drive process improvements, root-cause and failure analyses, implement ECNs, maintain FMEAs, support tool releases, reduce costs and consumable usage, and collaborate on material specs and excursion follow-up.

Lead global sourcing and supplier engagement for semiconductor capital equipment categories. Define category strategy, perform market intelligence and TCO analysis, negotiate multi-year global agreements, drive supply continuity and cost savings, and partner with engineering, operations, and finance while mentoring team members.

Lead SSD system design and verification: debug cross-domain firmware/hardware issues, perform performance/power/thermal/reliability characterization, develop test and characterization methodologies, support DFMEA and design reviews, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams to ensure compliance and product reliability.
