Responsible for partnering with finance, IT and the broader organization to centralize forecasting and accounting processes and reporting utilizing various finance applications. Act as central support and subject matter expert, provide guidance to team members, document and implement solutions that improve and streamline our business processes bringing value to the organization. Utilize understanding of finance processes to develop application governance, strategy and vision. Use end to end systems thinking to design, document and implement solutions to meet strategic and operational goals. Partner with end users to author business requirements and communicate those requirements to IT. Coordinate and lead functional and user acceptance testing and capture signoff. Support tool adoption by leading education sessions and training end users. Provide in-depth, domain specific analysis of technical problems or issues, research and recommend alternative actions for problem resolution. Support end users with production issues and enable end user self-sufficiency in the application. Collaborate with IT to perform system integrations and provide ongoing business support.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Position requires:
1. Finance process and standard methodologies, such as budgeting, variance analysis and driver-based planning.
2. Utilizing database design, development, and administration to analyze user requirements and develop logical system solutions
3. Using analytics and data platforms, including SQL, Python, and R, to extract, analyze, and interpret data to support business and reporting needs.
4. Creating data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau to communicate insights and support data-driven decision making.
5. Applying SDLC and Agile methodologies to support system design, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives
6. Conducting business analysis and stakeholder interviews to develop recommendations and implementation plans, including defining scope, milestones, dependencies, and risks for organizational initiatives.
The US base salary range that Micron Technology, Inc. estimates it could pay for this full-time position is $115,240.00 - $175,000.00 per Year. For additional pay & benefits information, please refer to the requisition at Micron.com/careers.
