Partners with Finance, IT, and business teams to centralize forecasting, accounting, reporting, and finance application processes. Defines requirements, designs solutions, leads testing and implementation, supports integrations and production issues, develops governance, and trains end users. Partner with end users to author business requirements and communicate those requirements to IT. Coordinate and lead functional and user acceptance testing and capture signoff. Support tool adoption by leading education sessions and training end users. Provide in-depth, domain specific analysis of technical problems or issues, research and recommend alternative actions for problem resolution. Support end users with production issues and enable end user self-sufficiency in the application. Collaborate with IT to perform system integrations and provide ongoing business support.

4. Creating data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau to communicate insights and support data-driven decision making.
5. Applying SDLC and Agile methodologies to support system design, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives
6. Conducting business analysis and stakeholder interviews to develop recommendations and implementation plans, including defining scope, milestones, dependencies, and risks for organizational initiatives.
