Serve as the bridge between Finance/Accounting and IT to translate requirements into ERP/financial system solutions. Lead process harmonization, data governance, cleansing, migration and reconciliation, and identify automation/reporting improvements. Support vendor evaluations, UAT, training, change management, and stakeholder engagement to drive system adoption and operational readiness.

Manage assigned territory to maintain and grow customer accounts for crane and rigging services. Prepare quotes, coordinate with dispatch, determine appropriate cranes using load charts, close sales, report administratively, communicate safety, travel overnight as needed, and meet $2M+ annual revenue targets while following safety and company policies.

Sell crane and rigging services to industrial and commercial customers via phone and in-person. Manage leads, bids/estimates, proposals, project costing, and customer relationships. Coordinate job walks, maintain sales records, support collections, and interface with operations to ensure accurate work orders. Local travel required.

Perform and promote safety practices across branch and field operations, conduct site and equipment audits, record findings and incidents in Ideagen, verify rigging and crane setups, perform operator/rigging/driving assessments, investigate incidents/near misses, and support monthly gate checks and equipment inspections.

Manage a sales territory to maintain and develop customer accounts for commercial crane and rigging services. Prepare and present quotes, select appropriate cranes using load charts, coordinate with dispatch, close sales, and support safety and administrative reporting. Travel overnight as required and maintain customer relationships to drive $2M+ annual revenue.
