Position: Billing Supervisor

Location: Houston, TX

Reports to: Billing Manager

Summary: The Billing Supervisor will be responsible for the coordination of approximately 300 plus invoices per month, create reports reflecting billing, auditing, and expenses data. Reports directly to the Billing Manager and oversees the daily activities of the billing clerks.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise billing and receivables staff
• Delegate assignments and projects to staff
• Establish new billing policies and procedures
• Work with Controller and Accounting Department to implement in-process data system
• Enter billable and non-billable expenses including adjustments
• Coding Billing and Expense, "B&E" reports and matching receipts
• Create and distribute operational and billing reports to management
• Assist with monthly general ledger
• Performs other duties as assigned 

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5 -10 years of billing/receivables experience with management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree, prefer accounting or finance
• Prefer Solomon system experience; System conversion experience a plus
• Must have strong math, communication, and organizational skills
• Confident, professional demeanor and team play attitude are a must
