The EEA Consultant will analyze financial processes, interview stakeholders, document workflows, suggest process improvements, and assist in vendor evaluations for financial systems.

Lead design and delivery of Oracle HCM enterprise solutions with deep integration into ERP domains. Own HCM architecture, integrations (OIC), data migration (HDL), Fast Formulas, reporting (BI/OTBI), and security. Manage global delivery teams, run client-facing solution design, support pre-sales, and establish delivery standards and reusable assets across large transformation programs.

Serve as an advanced Tier 1 support lead for Oracle HCM Cloud and Workforce Software, mentoring agents, troubleshooting moderately complex issues, ensuring SOP adherence, reviewing and escalating tickets, providing ad hoc training, maintaining knowledge articles, and supporting readiness during payroll cycles, releases, and high-volume events to ensure consistent service delivery.

Responsible for managing SAP projects, ensuring timely delivery and aligning with client requirements while leading project teams.

Manage end-to-end payroll processing including off-cycle payments, reconciliations, and compliance with tax and garnishment rules. Advise clients, support audits, train client staff, and identify payroll system automation and process improvements. Ensure timely, accurate payroll and regulatory reporting.

Make high-volume outbound calls to C-level executives to set appointments for sales directors; log and manage leads in Salesforce.com; coordinate with marketing, pursue event/webcast follow-up, and deliver high-quality internal client service. Target 75–100 calls daily and a minimum of 15 confirmed appointments monthly while assisting campaign communications and maintaining accurate CRM data.

The Associate Consultant will analyze business processes, document findings, present logical information, and develop client-ready presentations. Candidates must have strong analytical skills, MS Office proficiency, and an undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
