Manages employee medical and religious accommodation requests, interprets equal opportunity and employment laws, develops compliance policies and training, analyzes compliance data, advises stakeholders, coordinates global compliance initiatives, supports audits, and improves accommodation processes while maintaining confidentiality and legal compliance.

Drives user training, adoption, support, and continuous improvement across global regions while translating HR requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Leads the development and profitable delivery of storeroom solutions across multiple customer projects in North American manufacturing environments. Oversees assessments, implementation, resource allocation, process improvement, training, documentation, quality, and post-implementation evaluations. Oversees close processes, journal entries, internal controls, financial statement disclosures, technical accounting documentation, audit support, and financial analysis. Partners with subsidiaries, IT, leadership, suppliers, and external auditors while managing one direct report and supporting budgeting and forecasting.

Manages Central Payment Processing accounts by monitoring EDI invoices, researching exceptions, resolving payment discrepancies, and reconciling account variances. Partners with customers, NAPA stores, Sales, and internal teams to correct purchase-order and transmission issues, improve payment performance, document resolutions, and support process improvements. The role requires advanced account analysis, communication, problem-solving, reconciliation, and PeopleSoft experience in a high-volume accounts receivable environment.

Owns strategic supplier relationships and purchasing activities, including purchase orders, expediting, RFQs, pricing negotiations, supplier performance, master data, quality issues, logistics coordination, and sourcing. Analyzes inventory, forecasting, and supply chain trends; supports product launches and phase-outs; develops sourcing methods for long-lead components; and coordinates with internal departments and overseas suppliers to improve delivery, quality, and cost performance.

Oversee vendor management office processes, technology contract lifecycles, procurement workflows, project portfolio reporting, and vendor relationships. The role manages renewals, contract negotiations, quarterly business reviews, spend analysis, cost-reduction opportunities, market benchmarking, and process documentation. It also supports PPM system administration, project intake, status reporting, compliance with delivery methodology, and DocuSign CLM implementation.
