Lead and manage inventory returns and recalls across stores and DCs. Generate and validate recall requests, manage recall calendars, produce KPI and ad hoc reporting, coordinate returns-to-vendor and chargebacks with merchandising and vendors, communicate risks and solutions to stakeholders, and drive process improvements to streamline reverse logistics operations.

Collaborate with developers, BAs, and stakeholders, manage defects with JIRA/Cloud ALM, and improve automation, test data strategies, and release readiness.
