Supports the CEO with calendar management, executive communications, leadership meetings, travel, expenses, and event logistics. Manages Denver office operations, facilities, vendors, supplies, budgets, access, onboarding setups, and workplace compliance. Partners with People & Culture on employee events, celebrations, onboarding, and support for local and visiting employees. Requires discretion, strong communication, organization, multitasking, vendor-management skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.

Manage customer relationships for Cin7’s inventory management SaaS platform by driving product adoption, engagement, retention, and value. Proactively identify customer needs, resolve issues, monitor account health, and mitigate risks. Partner with Sales, Onboarding, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to advocate for customers, communicate product updates, develop scalable best practices, and improve the customer experience.

Execute and develop revenue enablement programs for sales teams, including onboarding, ongoing skills training, product-release readiness, demo coaching, and sales content. Create curricula, workshops, webinars, assessments, playbooks, and job aids using adult learning principles. Analyze Salesforce and conversation-intelligence data to measure ramp velocity, demo quality, behavior change, quota attainment, and win rates. Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Enablement teams while supporting global teams across time zones.
