Supports SAP and SolEx sales teams by positioning BlackLine’s finance automation platform, conducting needs analyses, delivering tailored demonstrations, completing ROI analyses, responding to RFPs and RFIs, addressing technical and accounting questions, and supporting partner and client engagements. Builds trusted relationships, helps advance opportunities and license revenue, documents sales activities in Salesforce, and facilitates handoff to implementation teams.

Drive new business sales for BlackLine’s SaaS platform to mid-market accounting and finance teams. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline development, quota attainment, discovery, presentations, negotiations, forecasting, Salesforce documentation, territory planning, and collaboration on RFPs, demos, contracts, and implementations. The role requires selling finance or accounting software, building executive relationships, traveling within North America, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Produce scalable Figma-first digital publications, responsive campaign assets, and event touchpoints. Maintain and promote templates and interactive component libraries, integrate AI workflows, improve tooling and processes, and collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver on-brand, high-conversion creative.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for BlackLine's financial-close SaaS offerings. Guide products end-to-end from conception to launch, partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and GTM teams, leverage AI/ML to build agentic workflows, own multi-year business outcomes, influence executives, and drive high-impact product decisions and launches.

Develop demand for BlackLine products and solutions, communicate platform value to prospective clients, qualify leads within an assigned territory, and contribute to the sales organization. The role includes an intensive six-week training program focused on building effective business development processes and sales foundations.

Leads HR technology operations and Workday post-go-live stabilization while defining BlackLine’s HR AI strategy. Oversees AI agents, automation, integrations, security, data privacy, governance, vendors, budgets, metrics, and enterprise HR systems. Manages distributed HR IT teams, partners with HR and enterprise IT, builds technology business cases, drives adoption, and communicates strategy to executives and stakeholders.

Lead product design vision and strategy for BlackLine’s AI-native finance platform. Manage and grow a senior design team, guide trusted AI and agentic governance experiences, establish scalable design patterns, and connect design decisions to activation, adoption, retention, and expansion. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, and GTM leaders while translating finance and accounting workflows into usable, explainable, auditable experiences.

Leads optimization and implementation of business systems across Salesforce, Zuora CPQ, customer support, marketing, and communities. Translates business requirements into IT solutions, coordinates technical delivery, manages UAT and go-live activities, and drives system enhancements. Owns AI intake, governance, prioritization, and hands-on development of enterprise AI agents using Gemini Enterprise and Claude. Enables business teams to create and maintain no-code, low-code, and vibe-coded automations.

Sells SaaS accounting software services by consulting with customers, estimating implementation effort, developing Statements of Work, and guiding sales-to-implementation handoffs. Builds services sales pipelines, supports solution demonstrations, aligns cross-functional teams, manages forecasts and KPIs, and contributes to go-to-market materials. Requires accounting software knowledge, consultative selling ability, project estimation expertise, and experience drafting and negotiating SOWs.

Partners with account managers to guide customers through BlackLine adoption, digital transformation, process optimization, training, change management, and roadmap development. Provides consulting, solution design, executive strategy sessions, and thought leadership using expertise in accounting, internal controls, financial analysis, invoice-to-cash, and intercompany operations. Drives customer adoption, expansion, retention, and improved customer experience.
