• 15+ years in product management, including major launches of highly scaled and/or 0-to-1 products.
• Proven ownership of multi-year strategy and business outcomes for a major product area or portfolio.
• Experience taking horizontal enterprise products into vertical, regional, or specialized markets is strongly
preferred.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and modern product development tooling like Jira, Jira Product Discovery,
Confluence, Pendo or other product usage analytics tools, etc.
• Strong proficiency using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT to accelerate and enhance the product
development lifecycle.• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience; working
knowledge of accounting or finance is an advantage.
Domain
• Deep understanding of the financial close and record-to-report (R2R) landscape, and how industry, geography,
and finance-specialization requirements (regulatory, statutory, tax, and accounting) shape product needs.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS go-to-market, pricing, and packaging across segments and regions.
Working within an AI-native platform
• Comfort building product within an AI-native, agentic platform.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted or automated workflows, confidence thresholds, human-in-the-loop review, and the
ability to partner effectively with Data Science teams to build machine learning-based capabilities is strongly
preferred.

• Exceptional strategic and systems thinking; anticipates market shifts and emerging technologies, and uses data

Salary Range:
$240,000.00-$301,000.00Pay Transparency Statement:
Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location.
In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
We are committed to pay transparency and ensuring candidates have clear information about compensation expectations. For roles that include variable incentive components such as an Incentive Compensation Plan (ICP) or On-Target Earnings (OTE), the compensation structure may follow a split model – for example, a 50/50, 70/30, or 60/40 ratio between base salary and variable incentive.
