Owns and optimizes global Travel and Expense and corporate card programs. Responsibilities include corporate card lifecycle administration, SAP Concur configuration, travel vendor management, policy compliance, reconciliation, reporting, audit support, employee training, and leading a small operations team. Drives finance transformation through BlackLine’s Customer Zero initiative, responsible AI adoption, reporting workflow automation, and data warehouse implementation. Advises senior finance and cross-functional leaders, develops the accounting team, partners with Product and Engineering, and represents BlackLine with customers and industry stakeholders.

Lead and scale the global General Ledger team, own month/quarter/year-end close, ensure US GAAP and SOX compliance, drive finance automation and AI adoption (BlackLine, ERPs), enhance data warehouse reporting, partner cross-functionally, and manage external audits and technical accounting policy.

Supports SAP and SolEx sales teams by positioning BlackLine’s finance automation platform, conducting needs analyses, delivering tailored demonstrations, completing ROI analyses, responding to RFPs and RFIs, addressing technical and accounting questions, and supporting partner and client engagements. Builds trusted relationships, helps advance opportunities and license revenue, documents sales activities in Salesforce, and facilitates handoff to implementation teams.

Drive new business sales for BlackLine’s SaaS platform to mid-market accounting and finance teams. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline development, quota attainment, discovery, presentations, negotiations, forecasting, Salesforce documentation, territory planning, and collaboration on RFPs, demos, contracts, and implementations. The role requires selling finance or accounting software, building executive relationships, traveling within North America, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
