Oversee payroll processing, ensure pay accuracy, administer employee benefits, support onboarding and payroll setup, maintain employee records, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare labor reports, audits, and payroll reconciliations. The role also requires employee support, effective communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Builds relationships with hospital partners, case managers, physicians, and families to drive skilled nursing referrals and coordinate transitions of care. Responsibilities include developing healthcare marketing plans, conducting referral marketing calls, documenting activities and referrals, engaging the community, and promoting organizational programs in compliance with applicable laws. Requires an active RN, LPN, or Respiratory Therapist license and experience in healthcare marketing, sales, skilled nursing, or long-term care.
