Manages complex implementations and process improvement initiatives while promoting self-service analytics and continuous optimization.

Manages wine and beer buying, replenishment, purchase orders, vendor relationships, cost data, inventory levels, invoice reconciliation, and promotional activities for assigned markets. Performs cost and deal analysis, resolves supplier service issues, maintains store in-stock rates, and coordinates with wholesalers and internal departments to improve processes and drive sales.

Develops security policies and standards, manages major incident investigations, and partners with leadership to strengthen organizational resilience across cloud and hybrid environments.

Develops and oversees HR compliance programs, policies, audits, risk monitoring, and regulatory reporting. Interprets employment laws, supports EEO and pay transparency programs, drafts HR policies, monitors compliance metrics, and partners with legal counsel and business stakeholders. The role also manages Workday attestations and legal documentation, advises on wage and hour requirements, payroll compliance, and employee classifications, and provides compliance training and guidance.
