Coordinates with tier-one support staff and course developers, creates tutorials and technical documentation, and recommends solutions for diverse users and delivery environments. The role requires Moodle or equivalent LMS certification, a bachelor’s degree, five years of relevant experience, and government-access eligibility with Secret clearance required for classified work.

Develops, evaluates, documents, and improves curriculum, assessments, lesson plans, faculty guides, and technology-enhanced learning resources for Marine Corps University and Education Command. Collaborates with subject matter experts, analyzes student performance data, supports online learning tools, facilitates curriculum reviews, and maintains accreditation and regulatory compliance documentation. The position is contingent upon contract award and requires background investigation and government-access eligibility, with an active Secret clearance required for classified work.

Provides approved male and female voice talent for distance education courseware. Records scripts exactly as supplied, delivers broadcast-quality MP3 narration files, follows CDET naming and formatting requirements, and submits samples and final files through FTP or similar services. The position requires a high school diploma or GED; prior voiceover experience is desired. Employment is contingent on contract award.

Provides technical and operational support for the CDET Learning Support System, including account and course administration, user training, multimedia content development, technical issue resolution, assessment conversion, system feature research, and student performance reporting. The role supports curriculum developers, instructors, and tier 1 support personnel while creating instructional materials using graphics, HTML5 animations, databases, videos, documents, spreadsheets, and audio.

Develops and executes strategic communications across written, digital, social media, web, briefing, and multimedia channels. Creates content, manages social media, develops leadership materials, supports internal communications, coordinates cross-functional messaging, manages communication calendars, builds external partnerships, and measures campaign effectiveness using analytics. The role requires a related bachelor’s degree, three years of communications experience, and government-access eligibility with an active Secret clearance required before classified support.
