Leads end-to-end cost management and financial governance for a data center portfolio. Oversees budgeting, estimation, quantitative risk analysis, contingency modeling, vendor billing, change orders, capital forecasting, earned value reporting, benchmarking, and executive reporting. Establishes enterprise cost-management standards, supports procurement and contracting, maintains cost systems and data integrity, and builds a distributed cost-management team across regional operations.

Leads tactical and project-level procurement for a regional U.S. data center construction portfolio. Oversees purchase orders, supplier relationships, material delivery, procurement budgets, field escalations, project reporting, and schedule alignment. Builds and manages regional procurement teams, establishes standardized processes and KPIs, coordinates with construction, logistics, legal, and strategic sourcing teams, and supports procurement governance across multiple concurrent sites. Requires extensive construction procurement leadership and domestic travel to active sites.

Designs, deploys, operates, and optimizes high-performance storage infrastructure supporting large GPU clusters and AI workloads. Responsibilities include storage networking, capacity planning, performance monitoring, resilience, incident response, root cause analysis, on-call escalation, vendor evaluation, and technical documentation.
