Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale bare metal GPU and AI Cloud infrastructure programs. Lead planning, procurement readiness, data center deployment, cluster commissioning, software enablement, production readiness, customer onboarding, and operational handoff across multiple sites. Builds and leads a high-performing global Total Rewards team while partnering with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and People & Culture leadership.

Establishes governance, KPIs, contracts, and risk mitigation practices while partnering with project, construction, operations, technical, legal, HSE, and finance teams. Builds scalable procurement capabilities across new and existing markets.

Coordinates hospitality experiences, sports partnership tracking, reporting, and event execution. Responsibilities include managing VIP guest lists, credentials, travel logistics, budgets, vendors, timelines, activation deliverables, and leadership reporting. The role supports conferences, client events, employee engagements, and community activations, while collaborating cross-functionally with agencies, communications, and internal stakeholders. It requires evening and weekend flexibility, domestic and occasional international travel, and strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.

Lead the design, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of high-performance computing clusters. Integrate Kubernetes, Slurm, management tools, networking, storage, and cloud technologies into scalable HPC environments. Develop system documentation and operational best practices, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, monitor performance, and provide technical leadership and training to engineering teams.
