The role is remote but requires onsite orientation in Sacramento for the first three business days, U.S. residency, Pacific Time availability, and approximately 960 hours over six months.

Responsibilities include creating manufacturable process recipes, developing and transferring processes to production, operating metrology tools, monitoring SPC charts, investigating process marginalities, improving yield and device performance, and collaborating with integration, equipment, manufacturing, and customer teams. Requires semiconductor processing knowledge, data-driven problem solving, and experience with electroplating, wet etching, and advanced packaging.
