Lead the strategic and tactical roadmap for a semiconductor Digital Twin program across chip design, manufacturing, and product lifecycle management. Manage partners, budgets, proposals, milestones, dependencies, risks, change impacts, deliverables, reporting, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate teams supporting business development, marketing, and operations while ensuring timely program execution and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities include circuit simulation, layout, parasitic extraction, electromagnetic-circuit co-simulation, high-frequency effects analysis, tape-out contributions, literature reviews, and collaboration with hetero-integration, circuit design, and technology development teams.

Develops and maintains build environments, source control, issue tracking, build scripts, and installation procedures. Creates and tests software builds, resolves issues, labels files, communicates build status, and automates build and unit-test notifications. The role improves release processes, advises on development and testing tools, leads multiple release projects, and may coach junior staff.

Provides desktop and end-user support, including hardware and software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, device integration, user training, service desk response, scripting, and licensing audits. Diagnoses and resolves moderately complex issues across multiple technology platforms while coordinating with technical staff and customers. Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least one year of relevant experience. Includes weekday office hours and on-call support.

Conduct on-wafer and over-the-air mm-wave measurements for advanced RF, communication, and radar systems. Automate instruments, perform S-parameter, power, noise, antenna gain, radiated power, and radiation pattern measurements, and develop calibration procedures. Build test fixtures, PCBs, and measurement setups; collaborate with circuit and package designers; manage daily RF lab operations; coordinate with instrument suppliers; and track industry and academic developments.

Develops, evaluates, and manages enterprise systems security across account management, password auditing, vulnerability scanning, virus management, and intrusion detection. Administers security profiles, investigates violations, maintains security controls, supports IT and business users, and helps implement security policies and procedures. The role also prepares risk analysis and incident response documentation, educates users, and may lead security components across multiple projects.

Manages the IT training lifecycle, including needs analysis, training strategy, curriculum and courseware development, delivery programs, skills-gap analysis, competency development, certification methods, and training technology. Leads training staff and complex projects, measures program effectiveness and ROI, and ensures IT professionals and end users develop capabilities aligned with organizational needs.

Develops and manages enterprise web security policies and procedures; evaluates infrastructure, web, intranet, extranet, and e-commerce security solutions. Reviews firewall and intrusion detection configurations, assesses applications for compliance, investigates security violations, maintains security controls, prepares risk analyses, and educates users on security standards. Leads web-related security components and may coach junior staff.

Manages IT procurement strategy and operations, including purchase orders, vendor negotiations, contracts, supplier relationships, invoice reconciliation, service-level administration, dispute resolution, and cost-saving initiatives. Leads procurement staff and coordinates with IT, finance, legal, and vendors to complete IT purchases efficiently and compliantly.
