Leads commercialization and development of technical performance outerwear and ski products from handoff through sales samples and bulk production. Coordinates Design, Buying, Materials, Production, suppliers, and factories to meet quality, functionality, sustainability, calendar, and margin goals. Manages costing, testing, technical construction, risk assessment, process improvements, and product information. Troubleshoots manufacturing issues, supports marketing content, and travels internationally for vendor development and cost negotiations.

Supports the Senior Designer in developing private-label knitwear from seasonal research and sketching through development packages, samples, vendor communication, and PLM updates. Responsibilities include fabric, yarn, trim, artwork, color, fit, construction, and finishing development; tracking samples and submissions; preparing technical sketches and specifications; participating in design meetings; and maintaining organized development tools and archives.

Supports logistics and distribution center operations through work measurement, productivity standards, workflow analysis, process improvement, and safety initiatives. Conducts time and frequency studies, evaluates work methods, assists with material-handling equipment projects, collects data, supports cost justification, trains employees, and collaborates with operations, engineering, consultants, and contractors. Requires flexibility for overtime and hands-on warehouse work, including operating equipment and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Lead seasonal bridal and occasion apparel design from trend research and concept sketches through final samples. Develop fabrics, trims, embellishments, construction details, and technical sketches; manage fittings and collaborate with buying, product development, print, color, and technical design teams. Present designs to leadership, oversee factory development, and mentor an Assistant Designer while ensuring commercially relevant, fashion-forward collections.

Manage major wholesale, department store, online, and boutique accounts to grow handbag sales and profitability. Responsibilities include negotiating terms, forecasting, analyzing selling data, driving reorders, reviewing online merchandising, leading showroom and trade show presentations, maintaining account information, and collaborating with buyers, independent representatives, and cross-functional teams.

Supports Buying and Planning teams through ad hoc analysis, dashboard development, reporting and system troubleshooting.
