Lead virtual training, onboarding, webinars, and client education for EMS software users. Build trusted client relationships, understand operational workflows, translate EMS experience into software use cases, gather product feedback, and create clear training and communications content. Track engagement and initiatives using CRM and Jira, collaborate with internal teams, maintain documentation, and represent the company at 1–4 industry conferences annually. The role is fully remote for Michigan residents.

Conduct manual and automated software testing, develop test plans and cases, identify and track defects, troubleshoot issues with development teams, and report testing outcomes. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and designers to validate requirements and improve QA processes. Ensure software functionality, usability, security, and client expectations are met while supporting continuous improvement in an Agile environment.
