Owns strategy, roadmap, and business results for monitor and CEMS building-automation solutions. Responsibilities include customer and market research, product lifecycle management, competitive analysis, pricing, business cases, product launches, sales enablement, and cross-functional alignment with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, partners, and executives. The role also supports customer issue resolution and requires domestic and international travel up to 25%.

Leads quality assurance for manufacturing cells and value streams, including audits, KPI reporting, quality planning, product releases, supplier quality, and corrective actions. Oversees customer and supplier reclamations, pilot runs, qualification testing, FMEA, APQP, nonconformance closure, testing equipment validation, and MRB activities. Mentors Quality Engineers and supervises Quality Technicians while partnering with manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and project teams to improve product quality and meet customer requirements.

Leads aerospace and defense programs, including proposals, customer relationships, budgets, schedules, forecasts, contract negotiations, risk management, and financial performance. Coordinates cross-functional teams, prepares pricing and proposal materials, manages scope changes, presents program reviews, identifies growth opportunities, and mentors lower-level program managers. Requires customer-facing leadership across engineering, procurement, production, finance, contracts, and business development.

Design, develop, sustain, and improve mechanical ordnance components and systems across their production lifecycle. Perform engineering analyses, prepare drawings and bills of material, support prototypes, testing, manufacturing, quality, and production activities, and lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions. The role also manages configuration records, collaborates with cross-functional engineering teams, and supports proposals and technical evaluations.

Leads multidisciplinary electromechanical product development from ideation through concept design freeze and transition to realization. Builds engineering capability, develops technology roadmaps, improves development practices, guides technical decisions, identifies risks, and aligns Product Management, PMO, sourcing, and downstream execution. Requires strong system-level engineering judgment, people or technical leadership experience, and familiarity with mechanical and electrical design tools.

Supports manufacturing operations through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, equipment and process improvements, capital projects, automation and controls initiatives, reliability programs, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with engineering, production, maintenance, quality, suppliers, contractors, and operations to improve safety, equipment uptime, throughput, product quality, and cost efficiency. Develops technical documentation, equipment standards, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
