Provides strategic and consultative HR support across employee relations, performance and talent management, change management, policy interpretation, compliance, investigations, workforce planning, succession planning, training, and leadership coaching. Partners with managers, employees, legal counsel, HR colleagues, and community organizations to resolve workplace issues, improve retention and morale, support organizational initiatives, and ensure consistent HR practices.

Drives revenue diversification, business modeling, partnership development, INVEST program growth, and cross-enterprise integration. Collaborates with executive leadership to embed innovation, strengthen financial sustainability, measure outcomes, and cultivate a data-driven culture supporting workforce reentry and economic mobility for justice-involved individuals.

Provides executive leadership for enterprise-wide human resources, including workforce strategy, talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance, DEIB, engagement, and succession planning. Advises the CEO and executive team, leads a multi-site HR organization, and oversees corporate safety governance, risk mitigation, workers’ compensation, and workplace well-being. Builds high-performing teams and aligns people initiatives with the organization’s mission and strategic priorities.

Leads enterprise talent acquisition strategy and recruiting operations across Washington State. Manages recruiters, workforce planning, hiring processes, employment branding, recruiting technology, analytics, candidate experience, compliance, and partnerships with executives and operational leaders. Oversees full-cycle recruiting for diverse clinical, behavioral health, manufacturing, administrative, and leadership roles while improving quality of hire, time-to-fill, retention, and workforce stability.

Enter customer purchase orders and changes accurately and promptly into the ERP system. Review customer requirements against contract data, identify discrepancies before order acceptance, and maintain order integrity. The role requires strong attention to detail, consistency with repetitive tasks, and the ability to recognize deviations affecting accuracy or downstream fulfillment. Preferred experience includes aerospace manufacturing, AS9100 requirements, and aerospace order entry and contract review.
