Pioneer Human Services

Pioneer Human Services is a nonprofit social enterprise serving people overcoming conviction histories, substance use disorders, and mental health challenges. Founded from a Seattle halfway house, it operates treatment, housing, job training, and employment programs across Washington. Its mission is to empower justice-involved individuals to overcome adversity and reach their full potential, while revenue-generating businesses provide work experience and fund its social mission.
