Helps automotive customers arrange vehicle financing, presents additional ownership products, structures profitable and collectible deals, submits deals to lenders, makes credit decisions, closes transactions, ensures regulatory compliance, prepares contracts, audits team deals, and expedites contract funding. Requires dealership finance and insurance knowledge, strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills, and willingness to complete background and drug screening.

Manages new and pre-owned vehicle sales departments, profitability, inventory, staffing, training, customer retention, CRM usage, and sales performance. Develops strategies to achieve sales, gross profit, customer service, and staffing goals; hires and trains sales personnel; oversees showroom merchandising, vehicle appraisals, demonstration vehicles, and dealership website coordination. Requires automotive sales management experience, strong leadership, communication, negotiation, customer relationship, and CRM skills.
