The role partners with regional leaders, supports retail leadership recruitment, guides office operations, conducts store visits, and helps implement performance reviews and policy changes during an approximately six-month contract.

Drive regional sales performance, business development, retailer partnerships, team recruitment and development, product education, visual merchandising, and elevated luxury client experiences across the Pacific Northwest. Execute strategic sales plans, trainings, events, new store launches, and operational standards while providing market insights and managing travel and expense budgets.

Lead Diptyque Americas’ end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand and supply planning, retail distribution, logistics, inventory management, 3PL relationships, transportation, warehousing, budgeting, reporting, and sustainability initiatives. The role oversees supply chain optimization, technology improvements, KPI performance, and a six-person team across the USA, Canada, and LATAM while partnering with global and local stakeholders.
