Leads overall performance of federal contracts and programs, serving as the primary customer representative. Plans and coordinates multiple projects, directs cross-functional teams, manages cost and schedules, ensures contract compliance, and oversees acquisition, financial, and administrative activities. Supports capture, proposals, business development, risk mitigation, and customer engagement. Supervises personnel, establishes work standards, resolves issues, and briefs senior leadership on program progress and milestones. Travel within and outside the continental United States may be required.

Manages office operations, calendars, communications, filing, mail, inventory, equipment, databases, certifications, employee records, and administrative workflows. Handles calls, visitors, job application inquiries, website updates, and general clerical tasks. Assists with payroll and bookkeeping while maintaining confidentiality, organization, professionalism, and responsiveness. The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to meet deadlines in a full-time office environment.
