Lead development and standardization of global quality management systems (document control, CAPA, audits, training). Lead and own sustaining engineering projects from conception to commercialization. Create schedules and charters, manage cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, mitigate risks, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvement while supporting field evaluations and manufacturing requirements.
