Lead and mentor an analytics team to design and implement data-driven solutions, align analytics with strategy, manage Agile workflows, build stakeholder relationships, and monitor KPIs to improve healthcare delivery and outcomes.

Serve as Scrum Master driving Scrum and Kanban teams: facilitate planning and ceremonies, remove impediments, coach agile practices, establish team metrics, lead trainings, and contribute to organizational agile improvement and community of practice.

Provide paralegal support to in-house attorneys on compliance, contracts, corporate, employment, medical malpractice, risk management, litigation, and patient-care legal matters; conduct legal research and analysis; assist with consent, termination of care, and other healthcare-related legal issues.

Lead enterprise analytics strategy, governance, and delivery. Build and manage analytics teams, implement data architecture, self-service reporting, BI, and advanced analytics (ML/AI). Align analytics with stakeholders, ensure data quality, and report KPIs.

Design, develop, and maintain analytics and dashboards supporting Finance. Translate business needs into technical specs, build BI solutions, validate results, train users, and collaborate with stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions.
